This is our ZZPerformance drop in performance fuel pump assembly for the 1.4 Chevrolet Sonic. The stock pump was not designed with performance in mind, so it can struggle to keep adequate pressure once you start making more power on ethanol based fuels like E85. Our fuel pump assembly is a full drop in unit including a level sensor and uses all stock connections. Simply drop your tank and swap your pump assembly with our higher flowing pump; no cutting, splicing, or fabrication required.
Many factors can be attributed to power numbers, but we have made 350whp on a manual Sonic on full E85 on this pump. We highly recommend an FSCM tune when modifying your turbo 1.4, found here.
