The driver's side coolant outlet, thermostat housing, and coolant tank are the 3 most replaced items in the system. The stock parts will crack from heat cycling and time and can cause your car to overheat if enough coolant is lost. When you upgrade to our ZZP aluminum versions of each you can ensure your coolant system remains leak free all while looking great under the hood.
This is a direct replacement coolant expansion tank for the 2011-2016 Chevrolet Cruze 1.4L and 1.8L. Simply remove your stock hoses, unbolt your coolant tank, and swap everything over. This coolant tank features full aluminum construction with CNC brackets and cap provision, all powder coated wrinkle black. The tank uses a built in sight glass on the side to ensure proper coolant level. Fittings for your stock hoses are installed, pressure tested, and leak tested before shipping. Fits: 2011-2016.5 Chevrolet Cruze 1.4L and 1.8L. Does not fit second generation Chevy Cruze with the direct injected 1.4 engine. Does not fit Chevy Sonic.
