ZZP BFI Turbo Inlets – Balanced Flow, Proven Power
At ZZPerformance, innovation isn’t just a buzzword—it’s our business model. Every product we release is the result of real research, real testing, and a commitment to pushing the LF4 platform further than anyone thought possible. When you choose ZZP, you’re not just buying a part—you’re investing in the R&D that keeps new ideas flowing into the community.
Our newly cast ZZP BFI Turbo Inlets are a perfect example. While others port factory inlets and call it an upgrade, our R&D team put the OEM parts on our flow bench and uncovered a critical flaw: we found a nearly 10% imbalance between the left and right sides. Porting the OEM part can improve total flow slightly—but it can’t fix that imbalance, because the original casting’s geometry is the problem.
So we started from scratch. Through in house computer modeling, in house 3D printing, iterative testing, and precision casting, we engineered a matched set of inlets that not only corrects the imbalance but also flows up to 20% more than stock. The result? A balanced system that delivers 10–20 WHP gains with no other modifications.
Key Features:
-
True Innovation: Balanced left/right flow—something OEM and ported factory inlets fail to achieve.
-
Proven Gains: +10–20 WHP with stock turbos and no other changes.
-
Precision Fit: Retains OEM fitment for easy installation. Fits stock intakes, ZZP cold-air intake, and most aftermarket systems.
-
Platform Investment: Every purchase helps fund the next breakthrough in LF4 performance.
-
Quality Materials: Built from brand-new, high-grade aluminum castings. Maximum strength, consistent wall thickness, and optimal airflow. Each inlet is CNC-machined for perfect fitment and finished to the same exacting standards we demand for all ZZP performance components.
Fitment:
-
2016–2019 Cadillac ATS-V (LF4)
-
Not verified for fitment on other LF4-equipped vehicles.
-
Designed specifically for ATS-V LF4 turbos. Will not line up with LF3 turbocharger bolt pattern.
Review note: The customer stating that the bolt holes were not lined up was referring to fitting the BFI's to a LF3 turbochargers. These turbo inlets were designed and fit perfectly on ATS-V LF4 turbos. However they can be easily be modified to fit CTS VSport (LF3) turbos.
