SM-FluidPressure - Fluid Pressure Sensor Module
The SM-FluidPressure accurately measures the the pressure of oil, water, and other fluids. This is ideal for oil pressure monitoring. Up to 32 Sensor Modules can be daisy chained together in the iMFD system and can be connected to any PLX Multi Gauge through the digital serial output port. The Oil Pressure Sensor Module can also be used as a stand alone unit capable of interfacing with 3rd party hardware where both the digital output and the analog output are available simultaneously. The included sensor is designed for oil pressure sensing ONLY. DO NOT use this sensor with fuel, as the sensor will damage due to corrosion over time. The SM-FP has a measurement range of 0 - 150 PSI or 0 - 10.5 kg/cm^2.
SM-AFR - Wideband Air/Fuel Sensor Module
The SM-AFR Gen4 is a tuner grade Bosch LSU 4.9 wideband oxygen sensor controller with digital/analog outputs for 3rd interface. Accurately reads the air/fuel ratio of any internal combustion from 0.68 Lambda to 1.36 Lambda (10:1 - 20:1 AFR *Gasoline). Fully plug and play, no sensor calibration is required. Compatible with Gasoline, Diesel, Ethanol, Methanol, E85, LPG, CNG. Accurate to 0.1AFR with less than 100mS reaction time from rail to rail. Advanced sensor health monitoring, displays oxygen sensor health and reaction time when connected to DM-6 gauge.
SM-AIT - Intake Air Temp Sensor Module
The SM-AIT accurately measures the air intake temperature of any intake manifold. This is ideal for intercooler, or aftercooler applications. Any K-Type thermo couple is compatible. Up to 32 Sensor Modules can be daisy chained together in the PLX iMFD system and can be connected to any PLX Multi Gauge through the digital serial output port. The Air Intake Temperature Sensor Module can also be used as a stand alone unit capable of interfacing with 3rd party hardware where both the digital output and analog output are available simultaneously. The SM-AIT has a temperature measurement range of 32 - 631 degrees Fahrenheit or 0 - 333 degrees Celsius.
SM-Vac/Boost - Vacuum/Boost Sensor Module
The SM-Vac/Boost accurately measures the vacuum pressure and boost pressure of any intake manifold. This is ideal for turbo and supercharged applications where monitoring the intake pressure is vital. Up to 32 Sensor Modules can be daisy chained together in the PLX iMFD system and can be connected to any PLX Multi Gauge through the digital serial output port such as the DM-6 or DM-100. The Vacuum / Boost Sensor Module can also be used as a stand alone unit capable of interfacing with 3rd party hardware where both the digital output and the analog output are available simultaneously. Its measurement range is 30.5 inHg to 30 PSI or 760 mmHg to 2.11 Kg/cm^2.
SM-EGT - Exhaust Gas Temp Sensor Module
The SM-EGT Module accurately measures the exhaust gas temperature or cylinder head temperature of any internal combustion engine. Any K-Type thermo couple is compatible. Up to 32 Sensor Modules can be daisy chained together in the PLX iMFD system and can be connected to any PLX Multi Gauge through the digital serial output port. This Sensor Module can also be used as a stand alone unit capable of interfacing with 3rd party hardware where both the digital output and the analog output is available simultaneously. Its measurement range is from 32 - 1873 degrees Fahrenheit or 0 - 1023 degrees Celsius.
SM-FluidTemp - Fluid Temp Sensor Module
The SM-FluidTemp accurately measures the the temperature of any liquid. It uses a resistive type VDO sender. This is ideal for coolant temp, transmission temp, oil temp and any other water temperature monitoring. Up to 32 Sensor Modules can be daisy chained together in the PLX iMFD system and can be connected to any PLX Multi Gauge through the digital serial output port and can be connected to any PLX Multi Gauge through the digital serial output port such as the DM-6 or DM-100. The Fluid Temperature Sensor Module can also be used as a stand alone unit capable of interfacing with 3rd party hardware where both the digital output and analog output are available simultaneously. The SM-FT has a measurement range of 32 - 302 degrees Fahrenheit or 0 - 150 degrees Celsius.
