The ZZP 50mm Blow Off Valve (of BOV) kit includes a high-quality billet aluminum blow off valve, weld-on flange(if selected), v-band clamp, and fittings. All units are tested for leakage and proper opening. Our 50mm BOV is unmatched at it’s price.
How to order your Blow Off Valve:
Version:
18" spring, the BOV will open with 18" of vacuum. This is recommended for most setups, including LSJ and 3800 turbo cars.
6" spring, this is specifically for the LNF, LTG, and 1.4 because the factory PCM uses a solenoid to bypass boost to save itself.
Flange Option:
What style flange do you need? If you purchase our IC pipes that come with a flange on them, you will not need to order a flange. We have aluminum, stainless and we even offer the BOV without a flange if you already have a pipe setup for it. The 50mm BOV shares the TiAl style flange.
This is a universal blow off valve. Does not bolt directly on to a stock turbo setup with a bypass valve like the Cruze, Sonic, ATS, Camaro, or stock turbo LNF car.
