Cannot be used on a Gen 2 '17+ Cruze.

You could go through our entire inventory and handpick the parts to improve your '11-'16.5 Cruze, or you could get everything you need in one package of select performance equipment. The Stage 2 Kit is designed to dramatically improve power output and comes ready to install a cold air intake, performance tune, full turbo back exhaust, and a front mount intercooler kit to your Cruze.  The tune that is included is not a "mail order tune" this is a full remote tune.  This means each customers car is specifically tuned for their mods, their fuel, etc. 

Not only does the larger intercooler increase peak horsepower, but it also takes a lot more time to heat soak, so you will make more power for a lot longer than you would with the stock intercooler. The Stage 2 Kit will bolt on around 50 hp and 60 ft lbs of torque.

We know that GM claims that you can run 87 octane, but even stock it is not enough octane for a boosted 1.4 engine. With this kit, premium 91+ octane is required. The tune can be adjusted for less octane, but it will reduce power output significantly.

How PCM is flashed:

Our PCM flash requires an HPTuners programming interface, which we can supply with instructions. A deposit is required for use of the interface, the core charge for which is refunded when it's returned.

A laptop with a Windows operating system is also required to complete the install. You can use your own or rent one from us. The advantage of using ours is that it comes pre-configured with scanning software and other tools to help us assist you if you have any questions or custom tuning requirements.

If you choose to keep the tuning interface and/or the laptop, that's fine. The core charge, in that case, will not be refunded. Core charges are based on 10 days and there will be additional charges if cables or laptops are kept for longer periods. After 30 days, core charges convert to purchases. Note: Prepaid return labels for interface/laptop rentals are only included with domestic shipments.

HPTuners interface comes with the appropriate amount of credits needed for your vehicle.

Update note: As of September 2022 we are now including our ZZP stencil with all heat exchangers and intercoolers. This way you can choose to leave the intercooler blank, or spray paint the ZZP logo with your choice of color to match your build.
