Our ZZPerformance front mount intercooler kit for the LE2 powered 2nd generation Cruze is built from the ground up specifically for this platform. Beginning with a 3D scan of the engine bay and chassis, we utilized CAD software to design an intercooler with unique, custom cast end tanks to maximize intercooler core size and flow, while providing stock like fitment, ease of install and an aggressive performance look.
Our intercooler kit nearly doubles the size of your stock intercooler, ensuring that your IAT2's (intercooler air temp measured post intercooler) and MAT (manifold air temps) stay low and stay consistently low. The PCM references MAT and modifies boost and timing based on that, so by bringing those temps down you'll see consistency across your pulls, rather than just full power for one pull. Lower air temps = denser air = more power.

Options: We offer two versions of the kit. The stock turbo version is for precisely that, if you're running a stock turbo you will order this kit.
