This is a replacement aluminum coolant outlet for your 1.4L powered vehicle. The stock coolant outlet is made of plastic, which after time can get brittle and crack. This coolant elbow is the first part to fail in the 1.4's cooling system and can lead to coolant leaking out and possibly an overheated engine/blown head gasket. Upgrading to this aluminum outlet means you can drive worry free for the life of your car.

Fits: 2012-2020 Chevy Sonic 1.4, 2011-2016.5 Chevy Cruze 1.4L, 2015-2020 Chevy Trax, 2013-2019 Buick Encore. This is only for the port injection 1.4, will not fit the direct injected 1.4. Please email customerservice@zzperformance.com if you have any other questions.

Product note: The black fitting secured with the c clip DOES NOT need to be remove when installing the product. Just simply attach your stock hose to the fitting. If you do remove the fitting you will have to insert the o-ring first, lubricated, and then insert the fitting. If you do not, you risk folding and tearing the o-ring.
