This is our ZZPerformance upgraded aluminum coolant tank for the 2005-2010 Chevrolet Cobalt. This coolant tank features full aluminum construction with CNC brackets and cap provision, all powder coated wrinkle black. The tank uses a built in sight glass on the side to ensure proper coolant level. When you upgrade to our ZZP aluminum versions of each you can ensure your coolant system remains leak free all while looking great under the hood. This is a direct replacement coolant expansion tank for the 2005-2010 Chevrolet Cobalt SS. Simply remove your stock hoses, unbolt your coolant tank from the front of the engine bay, and swap everything over.  Fittings for your stock hoses are installed before shipping and the tank re-uses your stock cap. Includes new coolant level sensor. 

Fits: 2005-2010 Chevrolet Cobalt 2.0 SS. Note: The 2.2/2.4 non-SS coolant tank featured an additional mounting tab at the front of the tank, however our tank should fit and function on those vehicles with no issues.
