Our ZZPerformance front mount intercooler kit for the LTG powered Buick Regal GS is the ultimate bolt on kit for decreasing intake temps, making more power, and keeping your car reliable. The stock intercooler is only 1.25" thick and in place between the AC condenser and radiator, leading to poor performance and heat soaking. Our ZZP kit moves the intercooler to the front for direct airflow and a massive reduction in overall intake/manifold temps. Initial testing showed 40-50° reduction in manifold air temps vs. the stock intercooler system in a single 3rd gear pull.

The stock IC core dimensions are 26" width x 14.5" height x 1 1/4" thick and the ZZP core dimensions are 28" width x 6 5/8" height x 4" thick. Please take into account that this measurements do not include the end tanks. Going from stock to the ZZP intercooler is a over a 50% increase in overall volume. Our intercooler system is built around using a stock style bypass valve on the turbo, it does not have a provision for external blow off valve.

Out kit was built around the GS front bumper cover. We have not verified fitment on non-GS models at this time.

As of September 2022 we are now including our ZZP stencil with all heat exchangers and intercoolers. This way you can choose to leave the intercooler blank, or spray paint the ZZP logo with your choice of color to match your build.
