ZZP 2618 Pistons for LTG 2.0
These are engineered by ZZP as an improvement over the JEs. We have seen reduction in KR between the JE and ZZP pistons.
Our ZZP pistons are available in a single size, 86.25mm which are slightly oversized from the stock 86mm. We have seen that the vast majority of LTG blocks need honing to bring the bores back to round. These pistons will not drop in without a proper hone. We do NOT recommend re-sleeving the block.
These pistons will work with the stock or ZZP 4340 rods. They will work in all 2.0 liter LTG engines, this includes Regal, CTS, ATS, Camaro, and more.

- Tool steel nitrided rings with a Napier second ring
- Offset pin so you can run a tighter piston to wall clearance for a quieter piston.
- Made from 2618 forging.
- Includes full set of rings for all 4 pistons.
March 2026 update: We have switched our ZZPerformance pistons to a 2618 forging over our previous 4032.
