It was designed on the 98+ 3800 Series II and III WBody (Grand Prix, Regal, Intrigue, Monte Carlo, Impala). It doesn't fit the 1997 style PCM core without modification and if you have a '98 specific GTP/GS, it will require a 99+ coolant bottle for proper fitment (Note: the '99+ cars already come with the newer style coolant bottle).

How to order your air box:

Series II fits the '98-03 Grand Prix, '97+ Regal/Intrigue, '00+ Monte Carlo/Impala with or without an intercooler.
Series III fits the '04+ Grand Prix however the intake tube is different if you are running an intercooler or LQ4 maf sensor on your car. If you are running an intercooler on your Series III car, you will also need to run our version 2 throttle body turn down adapter found here. Series III intake shown in last photo.

Air box with lid
Intake duct rotates for different throttle body setups.
PCM tray
4" heat shielded tube
(3) hose clamps
ZZP 4" inlet 9" cone filter

Silver CAI has been discontinued. It now comes in wrinkled black.

Series III intakes do not include size intake tube, they only use couplers.

If you have a 97 model year you will need to use a coolant tank from a 99 model year so the cold air intake box will fit. That can be purchased separately here
