Our ZZPerformance drop-in fuel pump assembly is designed specifically for 3800 W-Body vehicles. The factory fuel pump wasn’t built to support increased performance or modern fuels, and it can struggle to maintain proper fuel pressure when running higher power levels, especially with ethanol-based fuels like E85.
This upgraded assembly is a complete drop-in solution, featuring an integrated fuel level sensor and full compatibility with all factory connections. Installation is straightforward, simply replace your stock unit with the ZZP assembly and you’re ready to go.
Unlike typical aftermarket pump setups, this unit also addresses common fuel starvation issues caused by fuel slosh at levels below 1/4 tank.

While power results can vary based on setup, this pump has supported builds producing up to 370 WHP on full E85 on an M90. For best performance, we recommend pairing it with with our ZZP fuel pump rewire, ZZP high flow fuel filter, alternator power cable, and alternator volt booster.
